What is included ¨ The rental of the property (225 m2 house on a 2000 m2 land) including : ¨ the bastide with 3 independant bedroom, 3 bathrooms with bathtube, 5 toilets, one dining / living room, 2 kitchens, 1 pergola ¨ The building in old stones and its modern extension, located 10 meters from the Bastide, with 2 independant bedroom, 2 bathroom with showers, 1 laundry room ¨ The swimming pool equiped with an homologated child safety system and a second pergola ¨ a car park for 7 cars including 2 covered places ¨ Sheets and towels (1 set per week) ¨ Swimming pool maintenance and gardening ¨ End of stay cleaning ¨ Electicity, gas and water
Conditions & remarks ¨ Check in Saturday between 5 PM and 6 PM ¨ Check out the next Saturday at 9:30 AM ¨ The keeper takes care of the garden and of the swimming pool. He lives in an independant appartment on the first floor of the Bastide. He has its own entrance and car park ¨ Communication between the bedrooms and with the living room is by the outside ¨ The house is not adapted to people with reduced mobility ¨ Payment 30 % at time of reservation (non refundable) ¨ Balance must be paid one month before arrival (non refundable) ¨ Damage deposit 1500 euros shall be given before or upon arrival by cash, bank check draft on a french bank in France or credit card with signed authorization of 1500 euros debit. ¨ Damage deposit will be given back to you one week after your departure ¨ All the bedrooms are smoke free. You can smoke in the dining / living room ¨ In case of several consecutive weeks rental, only the end of stay cleaning is included
Services with extra charge (upon availability) If you want one of the following services, please inform us 1 week before your arrival. ¨ Maid (20 euros per hour) ¨ Catered diner (From 20 euros per person, minimum 8 persons) ¨ Breakfast (12 euros per person, minimum 8 persons) ¨ Rental of park for a horse (150 euros per horse per week, hay and grain included)
